Abstract

Nanotexnologiya sohasi - alohida atom va molekulalar bilan
ishlaydigan yuqori texnologik sohadir. Bunday yuqori aniqlik tabiat qonunlarini sifat nuqtai
nazaridan yangi bosqichda insoniyat manfaati yo‟lida foydalanishga imkon yaratadi.
