plyonkalarining fizik xususiyatlarini o'lchash va davomida plazmonik nanoantenna
rezonansining fizibilitetini va sozlashini ko'rsatishdir. Shuning uchun biz elektron
yordamida NbN tuzilmalarini yaratamiz.
