Using ChatGPT in teaching speaking

This paper explores the integration of ChatGPT, an advanced AI model,
into language teaching to enhance speaking skills. ChatGPT serves as a conversational
partner, providing students with a dynamic platform to practice oral proficiency in a natural
language setting. The paper discusses the benefits of using ChatGPT for speaking practice,
including improved confidence, fluency, and real-time feedback. Practical strategies for
incorporating ChatGPT into language classrooms are also examined, highlighting its
potential to revolutionize speaking instruction and empower language learners.
