This article theoretically examines the role of digital technologies, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms in developing school principals’ managerial competence. It considers how digital tools can support data collection and analysis, evidence-informed decision-making, task implementation, and the planning of professional development. Based on systems analysis and conceptual modeling, the article proposes a framework integrating data collection, analysis, decision-making, implementation monitoring, and feedback. It also discusses data reliability, information security, staff digital literacy, and the appropriate selection of technologies. No empirical effectiveness indicators are claimed. The proposed framework provides a conceptual basis for further practical research.
