This article analyzes, based on scientific literature, the factors affecting the growth and yield formation of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) under high-temperature and water-deficit conditions, as well as the potential use of biostimulants to enhance stress tolerance. Water deficit can affect plant water status, gas exchange, and photosynthetic activity, while high temperatures may limit reproductive processes, particularly during flowering and fruit-setting stages. The article outlines a proposed experimental approach and key observation indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of biostimulants under open-field conditions in Andijan Region. The article is based on a literature review and does not present results from field experiments conducted by the author.
