LEGAL REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN UZBEKISTAN

This academic article analyzes the current state and future prospects of the legal regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) in Uzbekistan. The article evaluates the Law No. LRU-1115, adopted on January 21, 2026, as an important step. In addition, based on an analysis of international experience, the ethical, social and economic problems in the legal regulation of AI are highlighted. The article concludes with specific recommendations and proposals aimed at ensuring the future consistent development of the field, stimulating innovation and reducing potential risks.
