Abstract

Me'da osti bezi saratoni (MOBS) jahon miqyosida o'lim ko'rsatkichi yuqori bo'lgan xavfli o'smalar qatoriga kiradi. Ko'pchilik hollarda kasallik kech bosqichda aniqlanishi sababli bemorlar uchun prognoz noqulay bo'lib qolmoqda.

Metodologiya: 2019–2024 yillar davomida 87 nafar bemor transabdominal va endoskopik ultratovush (EUS) tekshiruvi o'tkazildi. Natijalar KT va MRT ma'lumotlari hamda patogistologik xulosalar bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilindi.

Asosiy topilmalar: EUS tekshiruvi 2 sm dan kichik o'smalarda sezgirligi 94,2%, o'ziga xosligi 89,7% ni tashkil etdi. Transabdominal UZI ning sezgirligi 72,4% ga teng bo'ldi. EUS me'da osti bezi bosh qismi o'smalarini aniqlashda ayniqsa yuqori samaradorlik ko'rsatdi.

Asosiy xulosa: EUS MOBS ni erta bosqichda tashxislashda yuqori diagnostik aniqlikka ega. Ushbu usulni keng klinik amaliyotga joriy etish bemorlarning omon qolish ko'rsatkichlarini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
