Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sut mahsulotlari ishlab chiqaruvchi korxonalarda xalqaro menejment standartlarini (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP) moslashtirish jarayoniga ta’sir etuvchi omillar 2³ faktorial eksperiment yordamida o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda uchta asosiy omil (xodimlarni o‘qitish darajasi, jarayonlarni standartlashtirish darajasi, monitoring tizimi) tanlangan va ularning mahsulot sifatiga muvofiqlik indeksiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Dispersiya tahlili (ANOVA) asosida omillarning ahamiyatliligi baholangan. Olingan natijalar asosida matematik model ishlab chiqilgan va optimal standartlarni moslashtirish kombinatsiyasi aniqlangan. Taklif etilayotgan metodologiya mahalliy korxonalar uchun xalqaro standartlarni iqtisodiy va texnologik jihatdan samarali moslashtirish imkonini beradi.
