BANKLARARO RAQOBAT: INNOVATSIYALAR VA XIZMAT KO‘RSATISH SIFATINING OSHISHI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada banklararo raqobatning innovatsiyalar va xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatiga ta’siri tahlil qilinmoqda. Bank sektorining globallashuvi va raqobatning oshishi, moliyaviy muassasalarni yangi texnologiyalardan foydalanishga, xizmatlarning samaradorligini oshirishga va mijozlarga ko‘rsatilayotgan xizmatlarni yaxshilashga undamoqda. Innovatsion yechimlar, jumladan, raqamli banking, mobil ilova va avtomatlashtirilgan xizmatlar, mijozlarning ehtiyojlarini qondirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shuningdek, maqolada banklarning raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati va mijozlarning zadovolik darajasini oshirish uchun kerakli strategiyalar ham muhokama qilingan.
