Abstract

Ushbu maqola Selen va tellur asosidagi birikmalarning elektrofizikaviy va strukturaviy xossalariga oid ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Yarimo’tkazgich materiallardan selen va tellur qanday sohalarda kengroq qo’llanilishi misollar asosida bayon etilgan.
