SOCIAL SUPPORT FOR SINGLE PARENTS IN UZBEKISTAN: CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

This article examines the system of social support for single parents in the Republic of Uzbekistan through legal and institutional analysis. Current state assistance measures, including cash payments, tax incentives, and social services, are being reviewed. Particular attention is paid to issues of legal regulation, the lack of a unified legal status for single parents, and the insufficient effectiveness of social support mechanisms. Proposals were made regarding the improvement of legislation and law enforcement practice.
