Integration processes in the global educational space necessitate the modification of the activities of higher education institutions (HEIs) based on international standards. Within the scope of the research object, the level of adaptation of HEIs in Uzbekistan to the requirements of international educational organizations (UNESCO, OECD, World Bank) and the impact mechanisms of these requirements on the educational system were evaluated. Empirical data on the introduction of international accreditation criteria in institutional management indicate a conceptual discrepancy between the strategic planning parameters of local universities and international indicators. Based on a specialized sociological survey and document analysis involving a sample of N=124 HEI representatives, the stages of adapting academic mobility and the quality of educational programs to international ranking indicators (QS, THE) were statistically analyzed (p < 0.05). The dynamics of the obtained results confirmed that the research potential and the Internal Quality Assurance index of HEIs operating on the methodology of international organizations are on average 28.5% higher compared to institutions utilizing conventional approaches. In order to mitigate institutional disparities between international experience and the national educational cluster, a multifactorial transformation model has been developed. This analytical model encompasses international expertise, the expansion of academic autonomy, and the rigorous digitalization of management processes. The research outcomes serve as a critical strategic framework for enhancing the competitiveness of the national educational system and optimizing the procedures for attaining international accreditation.
