Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim jarayonida ota-ona hamkorligi asosida katta yoshdagi bolalarda kasbga qiziqishni rivojlantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Mazkur jarayon uzluksiz ta’lim tizimi konsepsiyasi, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar va raqamli transformatsiya imkoniyatlari bilan uyg‘unlashtirilgan. Bolalarning kasblarga qiziqishi dastlab o‘yin faoliyati orqali shakllanishi, ota-onalarning oilada olib boradigan suhbatlari, raqamli vositalardan foydalanishi hamda tarbiyachilar tomonidan tashkil etiladigan mashg‘ulotlar orqali mustahkamlanishi ta’kidlangan. Maqolada ota-ona va tarbiyachi hamkorligi bolalarning kelajakda ongli kasb tanlashlari, mehnatga ijobiy munosabat bildirishlari, ijodkorlik, tashabbuskorlik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyat kabi fazilatlarni rivojlantirishda muhim omil ekanligi ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Shuningdek, “Kasblar olami” mashg‘ulotlari, rolli o‘yinlar, kasb bayramlari, ekskursiyalar, raqamli ta’lim platformalari, ijodiy topshiriqlar va qo‘shma loyihalar kabi faoliyatlar orqali bolalarda kasblar olamiga bo‘lgan qiziqish samarali tarzda shakllanishi mumkinligi ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
