Ushbu maqolada kasbiy pedagogik mahorat tushunchasi, uning tarkibiy qismlari, uzluksiz ta’lim tizimida pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanishi, shuningdek, raqamli transformatsiya davrida o‘qituvchilarning yangi kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish jarayonlari yoritilgan. Milliy va xorijiy tajribalar asosida taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimida ularni joriy etishning samarali yo‘llari asoslab berilgan.
