Abstract

Zamonaviy dunyoda hayot sur’ati doimiy ravishda tezlashib bormoqda, bu esa kundalik hayotning ko‘plab jihatlarida, jumladan, ovqatlanishda ham o‘zgarishlarga olib kelmoqda. Bunday o‘zgarishning yorqin misollaridan biri tez tayyorlanadigan taomlarning ommalashuvidir. Fastfud mahsulotlarining keng tarqalishi aholi, jumladan yoshlar orasida ovqatlanish madaniyatining o‘zgarishiga va sog‘liq holatiga ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda.Maqolada fasfud iste’molining organizmga   ta’siri va salbiy oqibatlari bayon etilgan.
