Abstract

Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari zamonaviy tibbiyotda global miqyosda o‘lim va nogironlikning asosiy sabablaridan biri bo‘lib, ularning tibbiy-ijtimoiy ahamiyati yuqoriligicha qolmoqda. So‘nggi yillarda diagnostika va farmakoterapiya sohasida erishilgan yutuqlarga qaramay, bemorlarning funksional holatini tiklash, asoratlar va qayta kasallanish xavfini kamaytirishda kompleks yondashuvni talab etuvchi kardioreabilitatsiya muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Kardioreabilitatsiya yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini boshdan kechirgan bemorlarda jismoniy imkoniyatlarni oshirish, psixoemotsional holatni barqarorlashtirish hamda hayot sifatini yaxshilashga qaratilgan ko‘p komponentli tibbiy jarayon hisoblanadi.Mazkur maqolaning maqsadi yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarida kardioreabilitatsiya dasturlarining klinik samaradorligi bo‘yicha mavjud ilmiy adabiyotlarni tizimli tahlil qilish hamda xalqaro klinik tavsiyalar asosida ularning amaliy tibbiyotdagi o‘rnini baholashdan iborat. Adabiyotlar sharhi doirasida so‘nggi yillarda chop etilgan randomizatsiyalangan klinik tadqiqotlar, meta-tahlillar va yetakchi kardiologik tashkilotlarning rasmiy tavsiyalari o‘rganildi.O‘tkazilgan tahlil natijalari kardioreabilitatsiya dasturlarida ishtirok etgan bemorlarda yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari sababli o‘lim va qayta gospitalizatsiya ko‘rsatkichlarining pasayishi, funksional holat va jismoniy bardoshlilikning yaxshilanishi hamda hayot sifatining oshishini ko‘rsatdi. Kardioreabilitatsiya yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarida davolashning muhim va ajralmas tarkibiy qismi hisoblanadi.
