Ushbu maqolada bezovta oyoqlar sindromining klinik ko‘rinishlari va tashxis qo‘yish mezonlari nevrologiya amaliyoti nuqtayi nazaridan yoritiladi. Sindromning markaziy belgisi sifatida oyoqlarni qimirlatishga bo‘lgan kuchli ehtiyoj, tinch holatda alomatlarning kuchayishi, harakat bilan vaqtincha yengillashishi hamda kechqurun va tun payti ustun bo‘lishi izohlanadi. Xalqaro Bezovta Oyoqlar Sindromi Tadqiqot Guruhi tomonidan yangilangan mezonlarda klinik shikoyatlar boshqa holat bilan to‘liq tushuntirib bo‘lmasligi talabi tashxisning aniqligini oshirishi ko‘rsatiladi.
