“Gastroezofageal reflyuks kasalligining o`rganilish holati” mavzusiga adabiyotlar sharhi

Gastroezofageal reflyuks kasalligi (GERK) - oshqozon-qizilo`ngach zonasi organlarining motor-evakuatsiya funksiyasining buzilishi natijasida yuzaga keladagigan surunkali, qaytalanuvchi kasallik xisoblanib, oshqozon tarkibini qayta-qayta qizilo`ngachga qaytarilishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Kasallik bemorlarga ko`ngil aynishi, ko`krak qafasida achishish, og`riq, ovqatdan keyin oldinga egilganda yoki yotganda noqulaylik xissini paydo qiladi. Kasallikning surunkali qaytalanishi ezifagit, Barret qizilo`ngachi kabi asoratlarni keltirib chiqaradi. GERK kasalligining dunyo bo`ylab tarqalishiga etibor bersak bu kasallik qanchalik dolzarb va keng tarqalganini ko`rishimiz mumkin. Rossiyada haftalik GERK belgilarining tarqalishi 6.4% dan 23.6% gacha, o`rtacha 14.5% ni tashkil qiladi. Garb mamlakatlari ,masalan, Shimoliy Amerikada 20.8% , Avstraliyada 13.4% va Osiyoda 10.2% ni tashkil qiladi. GERK ko`p etiologiyali kasallik xisoblanib, kasalllik simptomlarining yosh, vazn, jins, turmush tarzi bilan chambarchas bog`liqdir. Shuningdek, bu kasallikni yoshlarda ham kop uchrashi bu kasallikni yanada chuqur o`rganish kerakligini yana bir isbotidir
