Abstract

Ushbu maqola mehmonxonalarda barqaror raqobatbardoshlik tushunchasini tadqiq etishga bag‘ishlangan. Barqaror raqobatbardoshlik mehmonxonaning uzoq muddatli muvaffaqiyati, xizmat sifati, brend obro‘si va mijoz bilan munosabatlarga bog‘liq ekanligi ko‘rsatildi. Tadqiqot Buxoro shahridagi mehmonxonalar misolida so‘rovnomalar, intervyular va statistik tahlil asosida amalga oshirildi. Natijalar xizmat sifati, innovatsion xizmatlar va brend obro‘sining raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlashda asosiy omillar ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
