Abstract

Mazkur ishda bino va inshootlar 3D kadastrini yaratishda zamonaviy geografik axborot tizimlari (GAT) dasturlaridan foydalanish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. 3D kadastr texnologiyalari ko‘chmas mulk obyektlarining fazoviy tuzilishini aniq modellashtirish, yer usti va yer osti obyektlarini yagona axborot makonida aks ettirish imkonini beradi. Tadqiqotda ArcGIS, QGIS, BIM, CityGML va LiDAR texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda 3D modellarni yaratish, tahlil qilish va vizuallashtirish jarayonlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, 3D kadastrni joriy etishning afzalliklari, muammolari va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi.
