Yangi tug'ilgan kundan boshlab to'liq ijtimoiy va psixologik yetuklik davrida, bu davrda bola
insoniyat jamiyatining to'la huquqli a'zosiga aylanishi. Bolalik tarixi muammosi zamonaviy
bolalar psixologiyasidagi eng qiyin muammolardan biriligi haqida fikrlar muhokama
qilingan.
