Abstract

Mazkur maqolada hujayra o‗limining ikki asosiy shakli — apoptoz va
nekroz jarayonlari yoritilgan. Apoptoz tartibga solingan, genetik nazorat ostidagi fiziologik
hujayra o‗limi sifatida tasvirlangan bo‗lsa, nekroz patologik, tashqi omillar ta‘sirida yuzaga
keluvchi tartibsiz hujayra nobud bo‗lishi sifatida ko‗rib chiqiladi. Ularning molekulyar
mexanizmlari, morfologik belgilaridagi farqlar va klinik ahamiyati solishtirilib, turli
kasalliklar rivojidagi roli tahlil qilingan.
