Abstract

Preschool education plays a crucial role in shaping a child's overall
development, including their social and emotional well-being. During this formative period,
children may encounter various challenging situations, including aggressive behaviors from
peers or conflicts with other children. Educators, as the primary caregivers and facilitators of
learning in preschool settings, hold a significant responsibility in effectively eliminating
aggressive situations and fostering a positive and nurturing environment for children's growth
and development. This essay delves into the essential skills that educators should possess and employ to successfully address and eliminate aggressive situations among children raised in
preschool education organizations.
