This article provides an in-depth analysis of the clinical pharmacology of
antihypertensive drugs commonly used in the treatment of arterial hypertension. The review

pharmacokinetics, clinical indications, and safety profiles. Emphasis is placed on evidence
based therapeutic strategies, individual drug classes, combination therapy, and the
