of future generations and fostering development. However, the role of leadership within
educational institutions is crucial for ensuring effective and positive work environments.
Unfortunately, aggressive cases involving deputy directors can detrimentally impact work
activities, leading to various consequences. This article aims to explore the influence of such
cases on work activities and shed light on potential solutions.
