The article is devoted to the legal regulation of joint ventures in France,
as well as the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of joint ventures
from the point of view of participants in international joint activities. The author highlights
the peculiarities of the French legal field, which provides the participants of the joint venture
with a wide range of organizational and legal forms, flexibility in determining the terms of a
joint agreement, guarantees of legal protection and judicial settlement of disputes. The author
also gives recommendations on choosing the most appropriate form of joint venture,
depending on the goals and circumstances of the participants.
