This article analyzes the role and significance of communication in the
process of career guidance of students. By deeply analyzing the importance of determining
a career path in the modern world and the role of communication in this process, it seeks to
identify ways to help students in choosing a career in educational institutions. Taking into
account the personal characteristics, interests and abilities of students, it shows the
importance of developing communication skills in the educational process and its
effectiveness in career guidance. The article considers the possibilities of students to
understand their personal interests and master their abilities in choosing a career path
through various communication methods, career consultations and projects. Current
problems and ways to solve them are also analyzed.
