KORRUPSIYAGA QARSHI XALQARO HAMKORLIKNING NAZARIY HUQUQIY MASALALARI

Currently, the interest of States in international legal cooperation in
the fight against corruption is growing, since corruption is one of the factors threatening not
only the economic development of the country, but also public relations. This article
analyzes international and regional anti-corruption conventions, to which the majority of
states have acceded, concerning the concept of corruption, anti-corruption, theoretical and
legal issues of international anti-corruption cooperation. In particular, the “United Nations
Convention against Corruption of 2003” and a number of other international legal acts, as
well as legislative acts related to international legal cooperation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan in the fight against corruption, were studied and analyzed. Conclusions on the
study of theoretical and legal issues of international cooperation in the fight against
corruption are given.
