WAYS TO IMPROVE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN CAPITAL AND LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN KASHKADARYA REGION

This thesis explores ways to strengthen the relationship between human capital and labor productivity in the socio-economic development of Kashkadarya Region. It analyzes aspects of human capital related to education, professional qualifications, work experience, and the ability to adopt modern technologies. Recommendations are developed to improve the efficiency of labor resource utilization in the region by aligning vocational training with the needs of different economic sectors, promoting the continuous professional development of employees, and improving the system for assessing labor productivity.
