Ushbu maqola CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) tizimi haqida hamda ushbu tizimdagi A1 dan C2 gacha bo‘lgan til darajalarining mazmuni, o‘quvchi nima qila olishi, kommunikativ kompetensiya talablari va baholash mezonlarini chuqur tahlil qiladi. Maqolada har bir bosqichning lingvistik, pragmatik, sotsiolingvistik ko‘nikmalari mayda- mayda qismlarga ajratilgan holda yoritilgan. CEFR tizimining ahamiyati, til o‘rganish jarayonidagi roli, til o‘rganuvchilar uchun qo‘llanilishi hamda real hayotdagi kompetensiyalar bilan bog‘lanishi keng muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqolada muallifning CEFR bo‘yicha shaxsiy fikrlari ham berilgan.
