Ushbu maqola ko‘p avlodli ishchi kuchida, xususan Gen Z va Milleniallar avlodlari orasidagi boshqaruv uslublarining moslashuvini tahlil qiladi. Avlodlar o‘rtasidagi mehnatga yondashuv va kommunikatsiya farqlari asosida samarali menejment strategiyalari ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari zamonaviy korxonalarda ishchi kuchining ijtimoiy va madaniy xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda boshqaruvni takomillashtirish yo‘llarini ko‘rsatadi.
