Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy ishda B-toifa (B-class) avtomobil modeli uchun xom
ashyo sarfini aniqlash va optimallashtirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot davomida
avtomobilning konstruktiv qismlari tahlil qilinib, har bir komponent uchun kerakli
materiallar hajmi hisoblab chiqildi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ishlab chiqarish
texnologiyalari, material tejash usullari va ekologik jihatdan xavfsiz xom-ashyo tanlovi
asosida samarali ishlab chiqish yechimlari taklif etildi. Loyihaning asosiy maqsadi —
ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini kamaytirish, ishlab chiqarish jarayonining samaradorligini
oshirish va ekologik talablarga javob beruvchi materiallardan foydalanish imkoniyatlarini
o‘rganishdan iborat. Tadqiqot natijalari avtomobilsozlik sanoatida xom-ashyo sarfini
optimallashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishda foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.
