Abstract

Ushbu maqola ipak qurti pillasini quyosh energiyasidan foydalangan
holda quritish texnologik jarayoni bayon etilgan. Quritish tizimi konveyer, tezlik datchigi,
namlik va harorat sensorlari, quyosh issiqligini uzatuvchi ventilyator va yordamchi TEN
qurilmasi kabi asosiy komponentlardan iborat. Qurilma avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv
asosida ishlaydi va pilla quritish jarayonini samarali, ekologik toza hamda energiya
tejamkor
usulda
bajarishga
yo„naltirilgan.
Shuningdek, sensorlardan olingan
ma‟lumotlarga asoslangan ravishda quritish muhitining parametrlari doimiy nazorat ostida
ushlab turiladi. Hujjatda quritish texnologiyasining ishlash prinsipi, komponentlar o„zaro
bog„liqligi va avtomatik boshqaruv algoritmlari to„liq yoritilgan.
