Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sepsis kasalligining zamonaviy tibbiyotdagi o„rni,
patofiziologiyasi, tashxis mezonlari va davolash usullari yoritilgan. Sepsis – bu
organizmning infeksiyaga nisbatan tizimli, hayot uchun xavfli yallig„lanishli javob
reaktsiyasi bo„lib, ko„p a‟zolar yetishmovchiligi (MODS) bilan kechadi. So„nggi yillarda
ushbu patologiyaning klinik ko„rinishlari, tashxis qo„yish algoritmlari va individual
yondashuv asosida davolash usullari keskin o„zgarib bormoqda. Maqolada SOFA va
qSOFA mezonlari asosida baholash tizimi, zamonaviy antibiotikoterapiya, infuzion
muolajalar va profilaktik choralarga e‟tibor qaratilgan.
