Abstract

Ushbu maqolada o‗qituvchilarning kasbiy-gnostik kompetensiyasini
rivojlantirishning nazariy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Kasbiy-gnostik kompetensiya
o‗qituvchining bilim olish, tahlil qilish va amaliyotga tatbiq etish qobiliyatini o‗z ichiga
olgan muhim pedagogik tushuncha hisoblanadi. Maqolada mazkur kompetensiyaning
asosiy tarkibiy qismlari – kognitiv, shaxsiy va faoliyatga oid komponentlar o‗rganilib,
ularning o‗qituvchi kasbiy faoliyatidagi ahamiyati yoritiladi.Bundan tashqari, maqolada
kasbiy-gnostik kompetensiyani rivojlantirish usullari – muammoli ta‘lim, reflektiv
pedagogika, interfaol metodlar va ta‘lim jarayonida axborot texnologiyalaridan
foydalanish imkoniyatlari ko‗rib chiqiladi.
