Abstract

Linguocultural analysis of phraseological units that reflect human
intellectual capacity in English is covered in the article. After that, it concentrates on a
broad examination of phraseological units with national-cultural characteristics that
demonstrate human intelligence and work on their etymologic, componential, semantic,
and stylistic properties.
