kimyoviy tarkibi ham bevosita shakar ishlab chiqarish jarayonida muhim omil hisoblanadi.
Qand va undan tayyorlangan qand mahsulotlariga talab har doim yuqori darajada boʻlgan.
Ushbu maqolada qand lavlagi oʻsimligi uning kimyoviy tarkibi va xususiyatlari ilmiy
adabiyotlar asosida bayon etilgan.
